Employee Satisfaction Survey Results

The results of the IT Services 2006 Employee Pulse Survey are now available. Through this quick survey you let us know how things were going in the organization. It is important to us that we continue to create an organization where people feel valued, and can do their best work.

Thanks for taking time to complete the survey, our participation rate was truly phenomenal (89%). The basic message says: We made improvements since the last survey, we're headed in the right direction, and there is still more work to do to create the type of organization that we want.

The results are organized in two levels: An IT Services summary review, as well as by each Executive Director's area.

Once again, thank you for taking time to provide your feedback. You can direct questions and suggestions to your Director or Executive Director.
