IDA programs prepare students for work in a variety of areas including the arts and community development.

Students in our programs have gone on to graduate-level critical studies, MFA programs, as well as into public service, arts administration, and teaching. IDA and CBPA students learn about diverse artistic practices and explore how art can function as a lens for examining the increasingly  global questions of race, identity, culture, and community.
