Ten years after its closure by earthquake damage, the Stanford Museum reopens its doors as the Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Center for Visual Arts.

The internationally-acclaimed St. Lawrence String Quartet debuts as the University's ensemble-in-residence.

H&S celebrates its 50th anniversary with a series of conferences and special events.
