Most Family apartments are arranged around fenced, grassy courtyards. Each of the two and three bedroom townhouse apartments has a private fenced patio.
The kitchen of a family apartment has a four burner electric stove and full-size oven, sink, garbage disposal, and large refrigerator/freezer. There are hook-ups for a normal-size washer and dryer, but the machines are not provided. You will need to bring your own pots, pans and other kitchen ware, as they are not included with the apartment.

The master bedroom in a furnished family apartment has a queen-size bed. Some students ask if they can bring their own bed. If you do so, you will need to store the bed that is provided at your own expense.There is no storage available for unneeded furniture.
The master bedroom has a desk, chair, dresser, bookcase, nightstand and queen-size bed. Bed linens and other furnishings are not included, just the furniture and window coverings.
The linen closet on the second floor is large enough to store towels, blankets and other extra belongings. To illustrate its size, a full-sized comforter is shown folded on the shelf of the closet.

The bathroom in a family apartment includes a sink, toilet, bathtub with shower and a medicine cabinet. The apartments are equipped with a shower curtain, but not towels.

This is one of the smaller bedrooms of a family apartment. A twin-size bed is provided. An additional bed is available if two children will share the room, but it will be a tight fit.
  The EV Office


The EV administration building at 859 Escondido Road, is an old two story farmhouse that has been converted into an office building. It has a long wheelchair ramp along the front of the building.

Driving Directions: At the corner of Escondido Road and Campus Drive, turn onto Escondido Road away from the center of campus. There is a road block at the end of Escondido Road. Turn left onto Comstock Circle. Then take a quick right and another right into the parking lot.
