Academic Year Conferences
Conferences Services does not handle any arrangements for conferences held during the academic year (Autumn through Spring Quarters). Housing and dining facilities are not available during the academic year, and meeting spaces on campus are very limited. Inquire about available meeting spaces by calling the Non-Academic Facilities Scheduling Office at 723-6755. You must have a University sponsor to reserve a meeting space. |
