Upon Arriving at Your Conference Front Desk
Upon arriving at your Conference Front Desk for check-in, it's a good idea to have your driver wait for you, just in case you need to be driven to your residence afterwards. This recommendation is based on the fact that some of our residences are located a few minutes from their Conference Front Desk, thereby making it potentially challenging to travel on foot while carrying heavy luggage. For maps of our different Conference Front Desks, and the residences they service, visit the following web site: www.stanford.edu/dept/hds/scs/area/mapsA112.htmlNote: As of the writing of this document, maps were in process of being updated for summer 2008.
