Assignment results for the Autumn Quarter 2008-09 Waiting List are available from Sunday, July 27, through Friday, August 1, 2008. You do not need to respond to your assignment or reassignment in Axess, however if you are planning to cancel your assignment this is the only period that you can do so through Axess. If you were not assigned during the draw and you refust your waiting list assignment before August 1, a $50 cancellation fee applies. If you were previously assigned in the draw and you cancel your assignment (including reassignments) before August 1, a $200 cancellation fee applies.
After this period you must contact Housing Assignments in writing, and your cancellation fee will be $400.
You may determine your assignment results by choosing the "view/respond to a housing assignment" function in Axess.
Don't forget! If you are still unassigned or looking for on-campus housing, you can still try to sign up during our Undergraduate Walk-in Meetings. They are scheduled for August 20, September 3 and daily meetings begin on September 10. They will be held in our office located at 630 Serra Street, Suite 110 (Harold and Maude modulars). Times to be announced. Please visit our website for updates on changes to the meeting date and location.
