Housing Outside of Contract Dates. Requests to extend occupancy before the summer contract dates that you are eligible for can be submitted to your Housing Service Center in graduate housing and to the Residential Education office in undergraduate housing once you receive an assignment. Extensions are generally very limited and, if granted, are charged at a slightly higher per diem rate. Students at the graduate level may also be eligible to stay in Conference Housing before or after the contract period. See the Stanford Conference Services web site, or call (650) 725-1429. Note that individual housing offered by Stanford Conference Services is available from June 22 at 5pm to August 26, 2007. You may check the availability of rooms at the Stanford Guest House for dates outside of your contract as well.

Room Rates

Students are billed for Summer Housing on the Summer Quarter University bill. You can view your balance due on Axess, or contact Student Financial Services at (650) 723-2181 for questions regarding payment and due dates. Students must pay all fees in full before assuming occupancy of their room/apartment.
