Community Housing Services is the primary
office at Stanford University that provides information
about housing opportunities in the Stanford area. The office
is open year-round, and listings are available to students,
staff, faculty, and visiting scholars and researchers.
Services We Offer
Assistance in wording your listing for maximum effectiveness.
Modifying the wording of your listings as needed.
Posting (on the Web) of photographs, floor
plans, and other images.
Providing a copy of your listing for review, by fax, e-mail,
or U.S. mail (copies are not sent automatically -- only
when requested).
Referral to landlord/tenant and mediation services.

How to Reach Our Office
The office is located in the Harold modular building, at 630 Serra Street #110, between Encina Hall and the Stanford Eating Clubs. The office is open from 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m, Monday through Friday. You may contact Community

The office is staffed by one full time Supervisor and
one or two student office assistants. For this reason, it
may at times be difficult to reach the office. If you leave
a message or send and e-mail, you will be contacted as soon
as possible after the staff member returns or otherwise
becomes available.
