May I use the Stanford athletic facilities?
Some facilities are open to the public while others are limited to Stanford affiliates.
For use of the Arrillaga Center for Sports and Recreation:
Stanford students, staff and faculty can purchase daily guest passes for family and friends not eligible for a dependent card or a SUID at the Arrillaga Center for Sports and Recreation receptionist desk.

Does Stanford rent facilities for non-Stanford events?
University policy requires all conferences to secure academic sponsorship in order to host their program on campus. Program organizers are required to have a Sponsorship Form (available from Stanford Conference Services) signed by a Stanford dean or department chair, verifying that the program fully supports the University's mission of teaching, research, and/or public service. Stanford places great emphasis on external programs that invite Stanford faculty as guest speakers, and/or that afford employment and/or participation opportunities for Stanford students.
