All home improvement projects for campus homes
must be reviewed and approved by Faculty Staff Housing prior to the
commencement of work. The process is explained in the following
documents.

Complete and submit this document to obtain approval for a campus home
improvement project from Faculty Staff Housing. You may input the
information online (with Adobe Reader 5.0 or higher), however, the
completed document can only be printed, not saved or emailed.
