This conference is free and open to the public.
There are numerous eating places on campus which offer an assortment of lunch foods (sandwiches, salads, sushi, tex-mex, mediterranean, etc.). Please consult this list for more information.

Transportation
Airport: For participants arriving at San Francisco International, please follow the signs that say “ground transportation, door to door shuttle.” Take either the East-South Bay shuttle or the Super Shuttle. Both cost less than $30.

Local: Stanford's Marguerite shuttles provide free bus service around campus, back and forth to the Palo Alto and California Avenue Caltrain stations, as well as to downtown Palo Alto. All routes on the system are free and open to the public. For more information on routes and schedules, please consult Stanford's Parking and Transportation site.

Accomodations for Participants
Participants will be staying at the Sheraton Palo Alto Hotel, 625 El Camino, 94301; Tel.: (650) 328-2800. The walk to campus from the Sheraton takes about 25 minutes. The free Marguerite shuttle (see above for more information) is available from the Palo Alto Caltrain Station (5 minutes from the Sheraton).
