Graduate students may view their award details including the quarterly cost of attendance, enrollment assumptions (units), estimated resources and housing allowance used to establish eligibility for funds in AXESS.
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Changes in the following require your immediate notification of the FAO:
- Enrollment in fewer units than the number on which your eligibility for financial aid
was based (Tuition charges assumed are viewable in AXESS > Finances Tab > Cost of Attendance)
- Receipt of additional funds from any sources (Assumptions are viewable in AXESS > Finances Tab > Award Summary as Estimated Tuition Allowance, Stipend or Insurance Subsidy)
- Moving to on-campus housing during the award period
Registration and Refunds
All students receiving Federal Perkins, Stafford loans or Federal Work-Study funding must register
for and complete
at least six units each quarter. If you should leave the university, a set procedure
will govern any
refund. The refund policy is described in the University Bulletin.
