Graduate Application Requirements

To be considered for federal loans or work study, submit the following documents using information from federal tax statements when possible. Allow 6-8 weeks from date of admission or date of application completion for processing of applications. The Financial Aid Office will send an email to your primary address in AXESS. The award letter will be available in printable pdf format, and the details of the award will be viewable in AXESS. Students must reapply for consideration each year; application materials are usually available in late March for the upcoming academic year.

To remain eligible for graduate loans, students must register for a minimum of six units or TGR, if applicable, each quarter. Any decreases in registered units may affect eligibility for funds, and must be immediately reported to the Financial Aid Office.
