Online Promissory Notes

You will be able to accept or decline each type of loan, and adjust the requested amounts for each loan type, in AXESS.

For all loans that you accept in AXESS, you will receive another email message from each loan processing agency with instructions for completing an online promissory note, if needed.  We encourage you to carefully review the terms of each loan program before signing your promissory notes.  Information on each program can be found in the Loans section of this site.
