Graduate Application
In addition to the FAFSA, you must complete an application form for the specific time period you wish to receive aid.
Autumn, Winter and/or Spring Quarters 2011-2012
The 2011-2012 Graduate Loan and Federal Work-Study (FWS) Application is required to be submitted on-line. Please keep a copy for your files.
Summer Quarter 2011
A separate application form is required for summer quarter. Please keep a copy for your files.

The 2010-2011 Graduate Loan and Federal Work-Study (FWS) Application is required to be submitted on-line. Please keep a copy for your files.
STEP Students
STEP students, whose program begins in summer quarter, have a special application form. See our STEP Student section for more information.

ImportanT NOTE
The Graduate Application should be completed only by students who are enrolling in graduate programs in the Schools of Earth Sciences, Education, Engineering, Humanities & Sciences, or Medicine (Ph.D. only).
- Students at the Graduate School of Business should contact the GSB Financial aid Office for application instructions.
- Law School students should contact the Law Financial Aid Office for application instructions.
- M.D. students should contact the Medical School Financial Aid Office for application instructions.
