Stephany Baker
Student Services Officer. Stephany Baker is the Student Services Officer for the Drama Department. She served as Events and Community Outreach Counselor at San Jose State University-Visitor Relations and Admission Counseling Department for seven years. She received her BA in Political Science with a minor in Administration of Justice from San Jose State University in 2000. As a student at SJSU she was very active in community relations and student organizations. She also was a member of the first tele-conference debate team for SJSU v. Moscow University, where she focused on International Relations. Prior to working in higher education she worked for Santa Clara County Juvenile Probation. Her passion is young people and her desire is to give all that she can to help America's youth find their way in life. She is a musician and singer. She is the Co-chair for the Eta Rho Omega Community Foundations African-American Baccalaureate, a celebration for African-American high school graduates in Santa Clara County. She is currently pursuing her MA in Ministry. Stephany is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Daniel Cadigan
Shop Carpenter. Daniel Cadigan is a shop carpenter with the Department of Drama. He also works for Broadway by the Bay, San Mateo High School, and other performing arts organizations in the Bay Area. Special interests include stage capentry, welding, mechanical systems, and stage automation.
Janny Coté
Shop Carpenter. Janny Coté is a shop carpenter with the Department of Drama. She also works backstage for TheaterWorks, Foothill Theatre Company, and other theater companies in the Bay Area. Special interests include stage capentry, stage management, and production management.
Chris Hartung
Administrative Associate, Drama.Chris Hartung is the administrative support for the Drama Department as well as the assistant for the department chair. A graduate of San Jose State University, Chris majored in Radio/Television/Film along with a Business Management minor. In college she was a DJ for 90.5 KSJS, produced her own commercials, managed private movie screenings, and worked as an extra for some San Jose State movies. Professionally, Chris has had the privilege to work in Stanford's School of Medicine as well as Stanford Hospital and Clinics. Being the first contact in most offices she worked for, she has extensive knowledge in office management and administration.

Tony Kramer
Facility Coordinator. Tony Kramer joined the Stanford dance faculty in 1986 as a teacher of modern dance, jazz dance, composition, and improvisation, and has been the Director of the Dance Division since September 2002. As the Technical Director of the Stanford Dance Division’s productions, he has been involved in every aspect of production from the creation of dances to their final mounting on stage. A composer as well as a dancer, he has created many original musical scores for his own and others’ dances. He is a former company member of Wimmer, Wimmer, and Dancers, and the Oregon Dance Theatre, and continues to perform and choreograph as an aspect of his work at Stanford.
Kenny McMullen
Master Stage Electrician. Kenny provides support to productions as Master Electrician and Supervisor of lighting installations. He has more than twenty years of experience in technical theater and works as Master Electrician, Head Rail, and Stagehand for a variety of performing arts groups in the Bay Area. Kenny's interests include creating special lighting effects.
Patrice O'Dwyer
Administrative Manager. Patrice is the Department Administrator for the Department of Drama. She is a graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in Economics and Math. She has completed coursework toward and MBA from Golden Gate University. Throughout her career, she has gained significant experience in business operations, project management, facilities and financial management. In her free time, she has been an extra in many films and has done voiceover work. Her passion at work is to create the "Wow" factor."
Stefanie Okuda
Publicist & Special Events Coordinator. Stefanie Okuda is the Publicist and Special Events Coordinator for the Drama Department. She received a BA in Theatre Arts and Philosophy from Santa Clara University, where she also worked for the Center of Performing Arts. Her interests involve audience development for new and experimental theatre.
Heather Patterson
Cutter/Draper. Heather Patterson is a Cutter/Draper for the Drama Department. She received her BS from the University of California, Davis in costume design. She has worked in design, construction, and patternmaking for UC Davis, West Bay Opera, and Stanford Summer Theater, as well as for the fashion industry.
Paul Strayer
Shops Supervisor. Paul Strayer manages the Department's scene shop. In addition, he teaches a variety of woodworking and furniture making classes during the year.
Carolyn Vega
Costume Shop Supervisor. Carolyn Vega is the Costume Shop Supervisor in the Drama Department. She earned an Advanced AA Degree in Fashion Design from FIDM (The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising) in Los Angeles. Her career experience encompasses both the fashion and costume trades. For many years Carolyn enjoyed running her own business designing lingerie, sportswear, costumes, and purses. Her designs sold online, and in boutiques across the States. She traveled abroad producing fashion shows promoting her clothing line. Carolyn freelanced on numerous dance, theater, television, and film productions. Some of her previous projects include assisting with costumes for the HBO "Red Shoe Diaries" series, as well as the television series "Air America". She designed costumes for the Academy Award-nominated short documentary film Mighty Times: The Legacy of Rosa Parks, as well as the 2004 Academy Award-winning short documentary film The Children's March, an American Civil Rights film.
