Resources for Repetitive Stress Injuries (RSI)

Preventing an injury:

EH&S has a list of Ergonomic equipment and accessories to minimize risk.

If you are a Stanford employee, your department may be eligible for matching funds from Environmental Health & Safety on ergonomic furniture purchases.

If an injury occurs:

Symptoms of Repetitive Stress Injuries (RSI) of the hands, neck, or wrists can include reoccurring or continuous pain/discomfort, redness and swelling, numbness or tingling sensation, decreasing hand grip strength, and limited range of motion.
