The focus of the research project was to: 1. Identify adolescents who, within and outside of school, exhibit talents for leadership, translation and interpretation, resilience, and teaching/demonstration 2. Validate theories of learning grounded in apprenticeship, service, collaborative communities of knowledge and skill building that promote qualities of leadership, bilingual communication, and instructional guidance 3. Development of practice guideline for promoting these talents in the interests of academic performance, community building, and conflict resolution |
