December 6, 2007 5 students win the new Linus Pauling Teaching Award The Linus Pauling Teaching Award was presented to five chemistry students to recognize their contributions to undergraduate education through excellence in teaching: Megan Brennan, Mitch Croatt, Noah Goldberg, Ilya Shestapolav, and Jennifer Schwartz. Each graduate student received a stipend of $500 and they were honored at the Chemistry Department's annual awards reception in November 2007.
