Professor Hongie Dai recognized for work with a new etching method.

Hongjie Dai and his colleagues grow a mixed bunch of semiconducting and metallic nanotubes on a silicon wafer and have them bridge the source and drain of a transistor. Read more about this new method at C&EN and Technology Review.
