May 10, 2006 Dunwei Wang Wins IUPAC Prize for Young Chemists The International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry has announced that Dunwei Wang, a recent graduate student from the Dai group, and now a scholar at Caltech, has won the IUPAC prize for young chemists. The IUPAC prize is awarded to students with the best Ph.D theses in the chemical sciences as described in 1000 word essays.
