All Biology minor declarations must be submitted no later than two quarters prior to the conferral of the undergraduate degree.

1. Students must submit the Biology minor declaration on AXESS. As part of this declaration process, students are required to submit a list of courses they plan to take in order to fulfill the minor requirements. Biology Minor requirements can be found here.
2. Once a student has declared the minor in AXESS, the department receives notification and reviews it to verify it's compliance with the minor requirements.
3. If the list of courses is acceptable, the minor declaration will be approved. If changes must be made to the list of courses, students will be contacted via email by the Undergraduate Staff Advisor.
