Jennifer Mason,
Undergraduate Student Services Officer

Jennifer has been with the department since February 2004. Before coming to Stanford, she worked in student services positions at UC Santa Barbara and UC Berkeley. She holds a master's degree from San Jose State University and a bachelor's degree from UC Santa Barbara.

Monica Bernal,
Graduate Student Services Specialist

Monica has been with the department since August 2007. Before coming to Stanford, she worked in the Santa Clara County Public Defender's Office and Legal Advocates for Children and Youth. She holds a law degree from Santa Clara University and a bachelor's degree from UC Santa Barbara.

Valerie Kiszka,
Student Services Administrator

Valerie has been with the department since May 2003. Before coming to Stanford, she worked for several years at UCSF's School of Medicine. Prior to working in student services, she taught adult education and job skills to migrant farm workers, immigrants, and refugees. She holds a bachelor's degree from UC Davis.
