Authority Manager coordinates the activation and deactivation of privileges in its client systems, including Oracle Financials, PeopleSoft HR & Student Admin, and Pinnacle.

Organization Manager

Sponsorship Manager
Sponsor services that carry a monthly fee, or that require the authorization of a Stanford staff or faculty member, such as: SUNet ID, additional email quota.

Workgroup Manager
Create named groups of people, with rules to determine conditions of membership, then use those workgroups to control access. Automatically-generated privgroups (such as class lists for CourseWorks) can be used by business systems and individuals.

StanfordYou
Maintain your contact information and the privacy settings that determine whether and how you are included in StanfordWho and/or the printed Stanford directory. Change your SUNet ID password, create SUNet ID aliases, and maintain your email account settings.
SUNet ID
Your SUNet ID provides access to Stanford's online resources. Stanford community members are automatically eligible for SUNet ID services; other individuals must be sponsored.

RegAdmin
RegAdmin allows authorized staff to view and reconcile registry data for specific business purposes. Access is granted by the University's data owners on an as-needed basis.
Registry Events Service
The Events Service sends and receives messages about data and status changes between the Registries and the University's infrastructure services and business systems.
