Authority Reports is a web application that provides access to Authority Manager data to help university employees understand and manage authority assignments in their area. The application provides three ways to report on authority data: by Organization, by user SUNet ID, or by Privilege.
Authority Reports allow the user to select the amount of data to display (or export) by filtering or hiding columns. The user may also increase the number of records displayed by changing the number of records shown while paging through the entire data set.

To limit results - the Quick Filter feature will filter or limit the results of the report based on what you type. Notes:

Once you have the data you need, simply click one of the export buttons to save as either a Comma Separated Value (CSV) or Excel file. Your browser will prompt you to save the file. |
