About the Arts Guide

Arts Guide is a multi-media guide to the arts at Stanford. Over 100 arts-related organizations are presented in the Guide. Watch videos, slideshows, and learn about all the incredible opportunities in the arts at Stanford University!

The Arts Guide is released annually the first week of April. Copies of the DVD are available for free at An Art Affair festival in the spring, admit weekend events, activities fairs, and the visitor's center. The Arts Guide is mailed to all prospective freshmen through the admissions office shortly after they receive their acceptance letter. You can also view the Guide online through this website.

Arts Guide is a project of the Stanford Institute for Creativity and the Arts (SiCa), the Student Organizing Committee for the Arts (SOCA), the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education, and the Office of Undergraduate Admission. Hundreds of people were involved in creating the first Stanford Arts Guide in 2006. Check out the full credits in the Arts Guide DVD or online.
