Grad Life
Program Description
Grad Life is a series that aims to provide Asian American graduate students with resources to sustain positive mental wellness.
History of Program
In recent years we have observed a growing number of graduate students at our programs. Due to the differences between the needs of the undergraduate and graduate student population, Grad Life was created to address the challenges that are distinct to graduate students. Created in 2011, Grad Life is a series that aims to provide Asian American graduate students with resources to sustain positive mental wellness. In order to achieve this goal, Grad Life offers workshops led by talented speakers that inform students about mental health concerns and connects students to campus resources.
