Stanford Korean Students Association presents Culture Show 2009: “My Sassy Korean”

“My Sassy Korean” aims to showcase the diversity of Korean and Korean American cultural and artistic endeavors. Free admission and complimentary Korean food. Feature performances include: Kaba Modern (UC Irvine hip hop dance group), Hearan Chung (traditional Korean dance), Joyce Kwon (jazz), Stanford & Team-M Taekwondo, and more — following a Korean drama storyline written by KSA’s own members.

Mela is Sanskriti’s Spring cultural show that invites all Stanford Students to come out and participate. Groups of people (most with no previous dance experience) are placed into teams and learn different forms of South Asian dance. These dances are then premiered at Mela.
