Welcome to Academic Computing's Program Index

Academic Computing is a large organization comprised of many programs, groups, units and people. All of these entities are focused on providing Stanford faculty and students with technology and technological solutions that support the University's core missions of research and education.

Residential Computing supports the use of technology for the 10,000-plus Stanford students living on campus with residence-based consulting and education, networking support, computer clusters, and software systems.

The Academic Technology Specialist Program is focused on providing faculty and staff with department level consulting in the effective uses of information technology for education.
