Young Venture Capital Society is a not-for-profit educational organization. Their website provides a searchable member database with a fairly wide range of search criteria. Free registration is required (don't need to be a VC yourself) in order to access the database. The most interesting aspect is that you can limit your search to venture capitalists who've attended a particular university. Thanks to colleague Nathan in our office for recommending this one!
