Siliconvalley.com has a database which lists 2008 compensation for 145 chief executives heading Silicon Valley's largest companies based on revenue.
The data was compiled from proxy filings made by May 30 and analyzed by Equilar, an executive compensation research firm. Also included is 2007 data.
