How to Schedule Shared Meetings/Resources

 

 


 
 
 
 

Adding in resources or individuals to your meeting requires the same process. Here is a quick step-by-step guide:

  1. Double-click on the time range or hit the purple clock button on the tool bar.
  2. After you have completed filling out the meeting title, location, time and date range, add in the individual(s) or resource(s) you wish to invite by typing in their exact Sundial name and clicking on the green check mark button to add. If the individual or resource is not available, you will get a message indicating this. You can save yourself time by viewing their schedule first.

If you don't know the exact Sundial name, click on the magnifying glass icon to find the individual under the People tab or a resource under the Resources tab.

  1. Complete the rest of the steps as outlined in Create Entries for meetings.

There should be a shared meeting icon on your calendar when you are finished.
