The Sundial tool bar (see above picture) will allow you to navigate throughout the application with greater ease. Below is a brief description of each icon (from left to right on the tool bar). The Detailed Instructions will provide brief descriptions of the icons within the calendar.

In-tray: Contains list of your calendar entries and the status of each entry. |

Open Your Agenda: Opens your calendar. |

Open Your Tasks: Opens up your list of tasks. |

Open Address Book: Opens up your address book. |
|
Open Group Agenda: Opens up group calendars. |
|
Open an Agenda: Opens up another person’s calendar. |

Open a Task: Opens up another person’s tasks. |
|
Day View: Opens up your calendar by day. |
|
Week View: Opens up your calendar by week. |
|
Month View: Opens up your calendar by month. |
|
New Meeting: Creates a new meeting. |
|
New Task: Creates a new task. |
|
New Event: Creates a new event. |
|
New Note: Creates a new note. |
|
Search Agenda: Allows you to search through your calendar. |
|
Print: Allows you to print out your calendar. |
