There are three simple steps to get started.
- Register for a Sundial account by going to http://calendar.stanford.edu/. Click on Sundial Accounts and Downloads for Stanford Faculty, Staff and Students and follow the prompts.
- Check to make sure that the Sundial software is installed on your machine. Check by clicking on Start > Programs > Sundial. In addition to Sundial, all users must also have PC-Leland v. 2.1.3 or higher. Check by clicking on Start > Programs > PC-Leland. However, the software should be automatically installed on each machine in the Alumni Center.
If the software is not installed, please go to ITSS’s software site to download and install a copy (http://ess.stanford.edu). If you don’t feel comfortable doing this, please contact the Help Desk at 5-1001.
- Call the Help Desk at 5-1001 (or email ineed-help@lists.stanford.edu) to request that you be added to all Alumni Resource Calendars. Please note that this process may take up to five business days based on demand.
