Professor Byers' interests center on key success factors in the creation and growth of high-technology ventures. He searches for insights in strategy, marketing, financing, human factors and general operations in these resource-constrained business environments. He also seeks to expand entrepreneurship education opportunities for engineering and science students worldwide.
