MANDATORY: Apply for passport or renew now! Do not wait for admission offer!! You must have a valid passport at time of admission offer. The Inter-University Center makes no guarantees regarding visas.

Application Deadline: January 15, 2008

Fee: $ 60.00 (non-refundable application fee)
Make checks payable to Stanford University.

Application: Print and submit original + three copies of the Application.

Statement of Purpose: Print and submit original + plus three copies of the Statement of Purpose.

References: Print one copy of the Language Reference form and print two copies of the General Reference form. You will need to submit a total of 3 references (one language and two general).

Transcripts: Submit one official transcript from each college, university or post-secondary school attended.

Fellowship Fund
Application: Print one copy of the Fellowship Fund application. Complete all information requested.

Information Card: Print one copy of the Information Card. Print or type all information requested.

Proficiency Test: Print one copy of the Proficiency Test Request Form. Please fill out the form completely.

Notification: The Selection and Awards Committee meets March 2008. Applicants will be notified of their admission status before the end of the month.
