Ticket Office
Order Tickets
Our office accepts orders for tickets in the following ways:
In Person
The Ticket Office is located on the ground floor of Tresidder Memorial
Union. We are open Monday - Friday, 10 to 5 pm and Saturday, 12
noon to 4 pm. We can show you the exact location of your seats,
and help you choose between different locations and price ranges.
Also, there is no service charge for most on-campus events when
you order tickets in person. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard,
and Discover Card as payment.
Through the U.S. Mail
Using the U.S. mail is a convenient way to order tickets. This
option is recommended for those who are familiar with Stanford and
it's venues, and/or have large orders.
Mail orders should be mailed at least 10 days in advance. Orders
received and processed more than ten days prior to the show requested
will be mailed to you. Orders received less than ten days prior
to the requested show will be held at "Will Call," to be picked
up the night of the show.
We accept check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card as payment
for mail orders. Please do not send cash. There is a $4.50 service
charge per order. Please include the following information when
mailing in an order:
- The show(s) you want to see, preferred price range and/or seat
location, and number of tickets required.
- Your full name, street address, city, state, and zip code.
- Daytime telephone number.
- E-mail address, if available.
- Credit card number, expiration date, and signature (if applicable).
By Phone
This option is recommended for those who need information or explanation
about venues, seating, and prices, but can not make it to the Ticket
Office. Exact seat locations are not given when placing an order
by phone.
Phone orders may be placed by calling (650) 725-ARTS (2787) during
the hours listed above. Orders received and processed more than
ten days prior to the show requested will be mailed to you. Orders
received less than ten days prior to the requested show will be
held at "Will Call," to be picked up the night of the show.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card for phone orders.
There is a $1.75 or $2.50 service charge per ticket for orders placed
over the phone. The service charge is dependent on the price of
the adult ticket.
