Free parking for the Thursday and Friday sessions of the Okin conference will be available at the Galvez Field. This field is located on Campus Drive East (at the corner of Campus Drive East and Galvez Street). On Saturday, parking is free on the Stanford campus and parking permits are not needed. You can park wherever you find a space.

She understood the great importance women play within a community and firmly believed that we have a responsibility to help those women that are struggling to gain independence, strength and purpose. Hotel Information

We have set up a group rate at Sheraton Palo Alto Hotel/The Westin Palo Alto. A reservation cut-off date of Wednesday, January 12, 2005, has been established by the Sheraton. Any reservations received after the cut-off date will be taken on a space available basis so please make your reservation before this date. To guarantee a reservation, you must give a credit card number and expiration date.

You can reserve a room using one of the following methods:

  • by calling the hotel reservations department direct at 1-800-874-3516 or 650-328-2800. When calling in, you must mention "Okin Tribute" in order to receive the group rate.
  • via email at SheratonReservation@pahotel.com. Reservations made via email must include the following: Guest Name, Arrival/Departure Date, Address, Phone # & Name of Group (Okin Tribute).

Please note that if you fail to check-in prior to 12:01 a.m. the following day of their arrival date, they will release the hold on the room and it will be available for general sale.
