Policies and Reguations

Policy Tutorials Online

• Stewardship and Compliance for PIs,
  required for Principal Investigator status, also available as a classroom session (schedule information)

  required for any researcher working with human subjects in either medical or nonmedical research, offered through the Collaborative IRB Training Initiative (CITI).

The Community of Science data base is available free of charge to Stanford faculty and their support staff. Personalized searches and automatic notification about funding opportunities are available.

GrantsNet - a searchable database of biomedical funding opportunities, sponsored by the American Association for the Advancement of Science and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. This site is targeted to assist scientists in training, including grad students, postdocs, and junior faculty members, in the biological and medical sciences.
