Case Study  

As part of her dissertation research, one of your advisees wants to conduct a study that involves observing behavior.

The student plans to observe people standing in line at a ticket counter at San Francisco International Airport. The obervations will take several hours over a period of two weeks.

She will take field notes and photograph some of the people being observed.
