BIO:
Anaïs Saint-Jude is the founder and director of the BiblioTech Program at Stanford University. As director, Anaïs carries out the BiblioTech Program's mission to bridge the gap between doctoral studies in the liberal arts and professional positions of importance in the private sector. In her role, Anaïs communicates the relevance of doctoral degree programs in the humanities the 21st century to academic and private-sector audiences; develops an internship program specifically designed for humanities doctoral students ; and inspires curriculum initiatives to better prepare humanities doctoral students for careers in industry. Anaïs organizes the annual BiblioTech Conference at Stanford in May. Her research interests include humanities education, seventeenth-century French literature, social media, leadership, and the intersection of humanities and technology. She holds a Ph.D. in French from Stanford University.
