Please join us this Tuesday, October 2nd, at 6-8 pm in Pigott Hall, Room 216 for our first Poetics Workshop event of the year.
Each year, Poetics hosts one workshop on a "Lost Classic" — a forgotten or under-read contribution to poetical criticism. This year we're kicking off the year with a Lost Classic session on several pieces by Stanford's own mid-century poet and critic Yvor Winters.
Please take a look at the attached readings and join us on Tuesday for what promises to be a rich discussion of a highly influential, seldom-read, and idiosyncratic scholar.
