Dissertation Prospectus Workshop with Vincent Barletta
Please join us for our first meeting of Spring 2012, a Dissertation Prospectus Workshop to be held on Thursday, April 19 from 5:00-7:00pm in Building 260 (Pigott Hall), Room 216. The discussion will be moderated by Professor Vincent Barletta (ILAC).
The (brief) readings for this meeting are attached. Professor Barletta’s message to the Renaissances group is as follows:
The attached materials will be the basis of our discussion on April
16, which focuses on dissertation prospectus writing for students of
early modern literature, history, and culture. The first document is
the more-or-less detailed description of the dissertation prospectus
that we give to students in ILAC. The second is a sampling of
dissertation prospectuses from the past two years. I'll provide
context for both documents at our meeting before opening up discussion
and questions. I look forward to our discussion.
All the best,
Should you have any questions, feel free to contact Cici Malik (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Deb Tennen (email@example.com) for more information.
