Entre os artistas já confirmados no evento estão os músicos Gilberto Gil, Maria Bethânia, Arnaldo Antunes e Tom Zé, as bandas Os Mutantes e AfroReggae, o artista plástico Ernesto Neto, os irmãos quadrinistas Fábio Moon
