буквальном
смысле
Кто
ненарод -- не
то чтобы
урод
Но
он -- ублюдок,
в высшем
смысле.

кто народ --
не то, чтобы

не укажешь
точно -- вот
народ
Но
скажешь
точно: есть
народ! И

People -- they are divided into non-people
and people in the literal sense
Those that are not people are not exactly a monster
But bustards in the highest sense
And those that are people are no so much the people
As they are the expression of the people
So, you can't just point: here is people
But you can say: people is! Period.
