Globalization of economic activities is the defining trend of our time.To compete successfully, companies have to orchestrate globally-distributed design, marketing, manufacturing, and logistics activities - both their own activities and those of their partners. Increasingly, managers in such global companies must work globally, managing global teams of managers and engineers... The objective of this course is to enable students to learn about global work by doing it! We team up Stanford students with students from an overseas university to work on company-sponsored projects. There are two sections of the course:
