In this ambitious course we will use experiential methods, case studies, workshops, and team projects, supported by guest speakers and readings. The goal of this course is to help students identify individual and organizational factors that promote and inhibit creativity. We will explore a wide range of examples of creativity in individuals and organizations. In addition, students participate in long-term individual and team-based projects designed to explore the variables that affect creativity and innovation. The course is 4 units.
