Product Insights: Each quarter students dissect products for the purpose of understanding the process by which they were made. Reverse mapping the production process gives students a real view into how leading companies build products and allows them to apply these learnings to their own ideas. Product Contributors offer products to ME233 so that students can experience making things from the inside out.

Knowledge: The ME233 knowledge base and lecture series is composed of learning modules that cover rapid prototyping, rapid manufacturing, production processes, quality, testing, regulations, contract manufacturer engagement and much, much more. Knowledge Contributors offer lecture module materials and white papers that form the basis for Making it Big fundamentals.

Time: Each quarter students seek out and visit companies building things right here in the Bay Area. Time Contributors offer site tours of their facilities, mentoring, and coaching to students that are interested in a particular type of production process, material, or manufacturing step.
