You can go to any teaching staff member's office hours, not just your own section leader's or instructor's, and no appointment is ever necessary.
All of the offices are in Building 380 (the Math Corner). The "382" offices are on the second floor, the "381" offices are on the first floor, and the others are in the basement. Note that to enter the building after 5 p.m., you have to use the first-floor front entrance which faces the Oval.
